Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Order processing delays may happen due to high order volumes or postal service problems outside of our control. Transit times may vary depending on your shipping address with orders transit times generally taking approximately 3 business days. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $5.99  flat rate shipping to the continental United States. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above $39.99. Customers must contact us to begin an order that will ship outside of the continental United States.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping outside of the United States depending on your location and potential order size. Please contact us to begin an order that will ship outside of the continental United States.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stacks By Steph is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@stacksbysteph.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

1.     All custom bracelet sales are final. No refunds or retunes are allowed on custom bracelets unless it has been determined that there was a workmanship error inherent in the product. Stacks By Steph reserves the right to determine refund candidacy on a case-by-case basis.

2.     Customers have 14 days to message us about returns, errors, or any other issues. It is our goal to make sure you are satisfied at the end of the day. Stacks By Steph reserves the right to allow refunds and returns, deny refunds and returns, or otherwise modify refund and return policies on a case-by-case basis.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@stacksbysteph.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
