Refund policy
All Stacks By Steph sales are final. No refunds or returns are allowed on Stacks By Steph products unless it has been determined that there was a workmanship error inherent in the product. Stacks By Steph reserves the right to determine refund candidacy on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe there has been a workmanship error, order mixup, or any other error, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are processed on a case-by-case basis and are at the complete discretion of Stacks By Steph. Stacks By Steph reserves the right to approve returns and refunds, deny returns and refunds, or modify return and refund conditions based on all available order information and circumstantial information.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@stacksbysteph.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. You have 14 days to contact us about damages or issues.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All Stacks By Steph products are non-returnable due to their Inherent custom and handmade nature. The only time we accept returns, exchanges, or refunds is if we determine that your order was subject to a workmanship error, product quality error, or customization error.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
